Anne Cullum is a wife & the mother of two, Eli & Silas. She can truly say that her children are the inspiration behind the hobby that has grown into a small business. While mothering a couple of wild little boys & experiencing all the joys & sorrows that accompany a typical day in the life of a mommy she forgot that she was first & foremost Anne Cullum. Anne: lover of chocolate, Broadway, her husband, the ocean, long walks at night & art.

In July of 2003 she replenished some of her forgotten & dried up art supplies. As soon as her hands were stained & fingernails were crusted with paint, it all came back to her in an instant. "This is who I am. I am an artist. Not the greatest, not even close, but I am a working artist. And at the end of the day when the paint is drying & fumes fill the studio, I am so filled up & so complete that I can't wait to return to the original inspiration that started it all; my wild little boys... Eli & Silas".

All of Anne's Art Photo Frames are produced from her studio located in Jacksonville, Florida. She has a dedicated team of artisans who are committed to excellent quality & unique design. All of her art pieces are Hand Crafted in the US.

Anne's Art Photo Frames are not all exactly the same. New designs are put into production every season. Each frame is handcrafted from start to finish. Paint strokes and texture may vary, however, frame size, and art style will not. You are not just ordering a mass produced "retail product" from Eli Silas Designs, you are actually purchasing a uniquely designed work of art.

All of her frames are custom made form real wood, not wood-like products. Eli Silas Designs uses artist's canvas, paper and of course, paint. Each finished item is completed when sealed with a protective coating that will give a polished look and a protective coating.

Remember that Eli Silas Designs is a working studio. As all of their pieces are custom made, please allow 3 weeks for your art to arrive. Eli Silas Designs require production time in addition to shipping time. You will receive an estimate of both time and cost upon ordering. Eli Silas Designs' custom orders may not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipment. Eli Silas Designs orders are charged upon placement of order. Your piece will drop ship from Anne's studio in Florida.
